These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of LinkPost ("LinkPost", "Service", "we", "our", "us"), a product operated by Incomparable OÜ.

By accessing or using LinkPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

LinkPost is a standalone product operated by Incomparable OÜ.

2. Purpose of the Service

LinkPost is a professional assistance tool designed to help users:

  • Analyze LinkedIn post performance
  • Prepare and schedule content

🔒 Core principle: LinkPost assists users but does not replace them.

All actions are performed only after explicit user intent and confirmation.

3. Human Control & No Automation

LinkPost strictly prohibits automated behavior.

The Service:

  • Does not post content automatically
  • Does not comment automatically
  • Does not like or interact automatically
  • Does not perform actions without user consent

Any interaction with LinkedIn occurs only after a user-initiated action (click) and via official LinkedIn APIs.

Users remain fully responsible for all content and actions performed through the Service.

4. Eligibility

To use LinkPost, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

The Service is not intended for minors.

5. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

LinkPost does not access private messages unless explicitly authorized and supported by official APIs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkPost to:

  • Engage in spam or artificial engagement
  • Circumvent LinkedIn systems or safeguards
  • Scrape data or collect information without authorization
  • Violate LinkedIn Platform Policies
  • Mislead, harass, or abuse others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Artificial Intelligence Assistance

LinkPost may use AI technologies to assist with:

  • Content drafting
  • Structural suggestions
  • Performance insights

AI is used solely as an assistive tool:

  • Outputs are suggestions only
  • Human validation is always required
  • AI does not trigger automated actions
  • User data is not used to train third-party models

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to LinkPost, including software, branding, and documentation, remains the property of Incomparable OÜ.

Users retain ownership of their content.

By using the Service, you grant LinkPost a limited, non-exclusive license to process content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • Modify features
  • Improve or discontinue parts of the Service
  • Perform maintenance without prior notice

We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

11. Fees & Payments

  • LinkPost is currently offered free of charge
  • Paid plans may be introduced in the future
  • Payments will be handled by a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe)
  • LinkPost does not store payment information

Pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Legal or compliance obligations require it
  • Continued use poses a risk to the platform or users

Upon termination, access to the Service will cease.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinkPost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Performance outcomes
  • Engagement results
  • Visibility or reach on LinkedIn

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Incomparable OÜ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by users on LinkedIn
  • Users remain solely responsible for their content and behavior

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
